This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and service discontinuations are handled by RegnoWeb Legal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for services including Company Incorporation, Business Registration, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) services, General Corporate Advisory and any type of legal support, which may involve third-party professionals.

By engaging our services, you agree to this Policy.


1. General Policy

1.1 All services are initiated only after confirmation of payment and client approval of scope.
1.2 Due to the nature of professional and regulatory services, most processes involve immediate allocation of resources, filing preparations, and third-party coordination.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Service Initiation:
Clients may request cancellation before work has started. In such cases, cancellation may be accepted subject to deduction of any applicable administrative or transaction charges.

2.2 After Service Initiation:
Once service processing, documentation review, drafting, or filing work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as resources and professional efforts are already engaged.

2.3 Government Filing Stage:
No cancellation is permitted once any application, form, or filing has been submitted to government or regulatory authorities.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are considered only in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment made but service not initiated due to internal reasons
  • Overcharging or billing errors

3.2 Non-Refundable Services: The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Fees for services already initiated or completed
  • Government fees, stamp duties, or statutory charges
  • Payments made to third-party professionals or consultants
  • Consultation or advisory fees once service has commenced

3.3 Partial Refunds:
Where partial work has been completed, refunds (if any) will be calculated after deducting:

  • Work completed value
  • Administrative expenses
  • Third-party or filing-related costs
  • Payment gateway/transaction charges


4. Processing Time for Refunds

4.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days, depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.
4.2 Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used during the transaction.


5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Services involving third-party professionals are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
5.2 Once third-party work has commenced, fees paid to such professionals are not refundable under any circumstances.


6. Service Delays

6.1 Delays caused by government authorities, regulatory bodies, or third parties do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
6.2 We shall not be liable for processing timelines beyond our control.


7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any refund-related dispute must be raised in writing through our official communication channels.
7.2 We reserve the right to review and make the final decision on all refund requests based on service status and documentation.


8. Policy Changes

We may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
